What makes this one different

The problem with playing tug with a soft toy is that soft toys are not built for tug. A seam goes, the stuffing comes out, and that's the end of it.
The Happy Donkey gets around this by making the arms out of rope. They pull in and out so you can adjust how much there is to hold — shorter for a small dog, longer for a proper two-handed game — and the pulling happens through rope rather than through stitching. There are squeakers in the body as well, so it works as an ordinary plush toy when nobody's playing.
