Free delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend. We deliver throughout the UK, as well as to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

How your order is sent

All orders are sent on a fully tracked Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day, and Tracked 48 typically delivers within two to three working days.

Remote areas & longer delivery times

Royal Mail does not provide a 48-hour delivery target for some remote postcodes, so orders to these areas are still delivered but may take a little longer to arrive. Based on Royal Mail’s current Tracked service exclusions, the affected areas are:

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands: AB36–38, AB54–56, FK18–21, HS, IV, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–38, PA41–80, PH19–44, PH49–50, ZE
  • Isles of Scilly: TR21–25
  • Northern Ireland: BT
  • Channel Islands & Isle of Man: GY, JE, IM
