Most soft toys are a bag of stuffing with a face on. This one isn't, and that's the whole idea.
The DuraToy Crocodile has no filling in his body whatsoever. What he has instead is a plastic bottle sewn in, with the squeaker sitting inside the bottle rather than beside it. Bite down and the crunch and the squeak arrive together from the same spot. He lies flat when he's not being carried, which dogs seem to like for shaking and flinging, and it means a split seam is an inconvenience rather than a mess.

No machine wash, no hand wash, nothing in the tumble dryer. Wipe him down and let him dry. We'd rather give you a slightly disappointing answer we're sure of than a convenient one we're not.
As with everything in the range, this is a toy for supervised play. It isn't chew-proof and doesn't claim to be — take it away and replace it once it starts to go.
