Spread food along the channels while leaving the wall tops visible. The bowl rests flat, with a circular footprint and a projecting flange around its base.

About brand

Hungry Henry: hygienic bowls for tidier mealtimes

Hungry Henry is our feeding range, built around stainless steel because it is non-porous, does not hold onto smells or scratches the way plastic can, and goes straight in the dishwasher. The Hungry Henry Feeding Bowl has a rubber non-slip base ring that stops it sliding across the kitchen floor and protects wood and tile from scratches. It suits dry kibble, wet food or water and comes in 700ml, 1.2L and 2L sizes, with a choice of stainless steel, pink or blue finishes.

For breeders, the wide Litter Feeding Bowl lets a whole litter eat together at weaning and is shaped to discourage puppies from walking through or sitting in their food, in 1.2L, 1.5L and 2L sizes. The bone-shaped Silicone Tray with Twin Bowls pairs a non-slip, food-grade silicone mat with two removable steel bowls and a raised lip that catches dribbles and spills, and it works just as well for cats as for dogs. Choose a bowl that holds your pet's usual portion with a little room to spare, and refresh water daily.

Before You Buy

A level base with a wider footprint

Place the bowl on a suitable feeding surface.

The projecting flange widens the base, but it is not a rubber grip ring. A feeding mat can help reduce movement on smooth floors.

The tall maze walls create a distinct feeding pattern; they do not make the bowl tip-proof. Introduce it with a small portion and check your dog can reach the food comfortably.

Right for Your Dog?

Choose a maze your dog can use comfortably

Look at the channels as well as the outer size.

This bowl offers a different route through a meal from a spiral or scattered obstacle feeder. Check the usual portion and the space your dog needs to reach between the tall walls.

The effect on eating pace varies by dog. Keep the bowl on a level surface and supervise the first few meals.

Curved feeding channels

A different pattern to the other maze bowls.

Check muzzle access

Allow room to reach between the tall walls.

Keep walls visible

Avoid filling above the maze sections.

Care & Safety

Keep the feeding channels clean

Wash after meals and inspect regularly.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about this bowl.

How is Ring Maze different from the other feeders? +

It has two interrupted concentric maze walls with lowered openings and a low central post. The wall sections rise above the lower outer rim.

Will the raised walls stop my dog tipping it? +

The walls divide the feeding channels; the bowl is not designed or verified to be tip-proof. A level surface and feeding mat can help reduce movement.

How do I choose whether it will fit? +

Check the normal portion and whether your dog can reach comfortably between the walls. The bowl measures 19cm across; a confirmed capacity figure is not currently available.
