If you believe there is a fault with your VetFleece product, we are here to help.

To submit a claim, please complete the form below. Claims are only valid for products purchased directly from vetfleece.com or an authorised retailer. Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects but does not include damage resulting from:

  • Misuse or improper use of the product
  • Chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
  • General wear and tear, accidental damage, or fire

Our guarantee lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
